a. On the first screen select More Blank Page Sizes.
b. On the next screen, scroll down to see more options.
c. Select Create New Page Size.
d. For Page Size, type 2" in the Width box and then type 7.5" in the Height box. Click OK.
e. Double Click on your bookmark on the right side of the screen to start creating your bookmark.
2. When finished, save it using the filename: BOOKMARK "your name"
